Amsoil 10-30..nothing else will do. buy it on line. check out the oil journals here. there is much good info.
Love Amsoil! Used it in all my cars, saw increase in gas mileage and slight performance. Its a little pricey, but then again you don't need to do a full oil change every 3k miles, just change the filter and top it off. That comes from a Amsoil rep.

I can't find it any cheaper than $30 a pack! And I use Mobil 1 15W50. Mobil 1 is the mecca. I do use Redline MTF and Diff though. Welcome to the community and enjoy!
holy crap. i can't imagine 50w is good for the S2000..... i can almost hear seals breaking from the pressure already.

Sure it will. Also you did not specify which version of 10w30..

Redline 10w30 here. Probably the best shear resistant oil out there.

Both Amsoil and Redline are much better than Mobil1 10w30 imo
Don't get touchy, because I mean nothing personal. Lots of guys make statements like this and I'm wondering why. Scientific proof ? Why would you choose an oil and then say it's "better" than some other oil ? Please clarify "better"
I'm about to do first oil change in my S and if there really is testing that shows a "best" oil I'd like to know. If it's just opinions then I already have my own.

Thanks

Steve
