Yeah I like it too, but I thought 0-30w is too thin for the s2k?

Check the specs and you'll find that both Amsoil and GC 0W-30 are actually thicker than any 5W-30 or 10W-30. In fact most 0W-30's are almost thick enough to be 40 weights.

Also, just FEI Havoline's 10W-30 is the same exact thing as Chevron Supreme 10W-30 with maybe a little different alteration in the amount of calcium and magnesium used. They're both manufactured by Chevron-Texaco.

just put in Amsoil series 2000 0w-30 at supgen

where do you guys get your amsoil or redline oil at? I use to use The German Castrol 0w 30 in my ITR, it was good stuff. Is it really ok to use in the s2k? I live in NJ so it either gets freakin cold or really hot

I hit just over 11,000mi just before my last oil change so I finally switched to Mobil1.

I was using Castrol GTX.

Mobil 1 10-30, I change it around 3000-5000 miles just because of that high revvin engine.
