between the low and high is one qt. dont use an accord filter use the one designed for the s2k, as for oil i would recommend using syn. if you have less than 70k, i like amsoil or redline. its more expensive but worth it. no ac delco, some people on here dont like the mobil one either

 

i go through about 1.5 qts per 7500 miles ap1's just burn oil because the jets spray more oil during vtec. not a bad burning oil, just the design

 

It wasn't exact. You add oil until all the X's are covered. When I was 3 quarts short, I was 3Xs off the H.

 

You were driving your S2000 when it was low on engine oil by 3 quarts????

 

no way 3 X's is 3 quarts
i was down 3 X's and added almost a quart and the oil went up and cover all the X's
about the oil filter i didnt try it yet maybe in the end of the week , but i think it should fit and it also a little bit smaller..
i read here that some of the turbo guys use a smaller filter , whuch one they use?

I usually try to keep my oil level in the middle of L/H. Usually I just add about 1/5 a quart to get about TWO x's. imo, you're good as long as you are not below "low" or above "high".
