Default Engine Rattle

Sigh.. One problem after another..
My engine rattles like this after diy clutch change. I don't think it's got anything to do with the clutch or the flywheel install, but yea the rattle increases as rpm goes up. Here's a youtube vid.

(How do you embed youtube vids..?)

Could it be the TCT? Hmm.. I'm thinking it must be something I did during the clutch DIY since this is kind of new..

I would say it sounds like a TCT, but nothing you did while doing the clutch could have caused that. I am also not one who would think it is just coincidental that the noise started right after you replaced the clutch, so I would wonder if you did something wrong while installing the clutch, however I can't think of what it would be. A new TCT install is a heck of a lot easier than dropping the tranny though. I would use a long screw driver on your ear to see if you can pin point the sound.

Oh that's somewhat comforting to hear that. I've been getting engine oil leak. A shop suggested it may be vtec solenoid or the tct. Replaced the solenoid gasket but its still leaking. I really hope it's the tct so i can just replace it and get the noise to go away. I really hope it's just coincidental
