Are you going to fit a boost gauge now?

I already have one.

I was just too busy humiliating a Ferrari.

BTW, noob question...is that an oil cooler that is sitting horizontally there next to the air filter?

db- yeah, I've driven it. It's just that the tuning is so far out of whack that there is a lot more work to be done before it's finished.

TAAXED - She is a lot more insane now. We were boosting 6psi a that time. We'll be boosting 16-20 now.

TAAXED - Yes that is an oil cooler. Unusual position I know but it is directly below the bonnet vent so air is drawn up through it.

LOL, welcome to the real world Honda dealers.

When my car went in for it's 10K service they reported that everything was great but I needed a new short block.

Apparently some early castings were porous and a stain develops on the side of the block from coolant leaking through the aluminium.

So they replaced my short block under warranty and did all the RTA things so my new engine number was on record.

Next time I went in for service at a different dealer I was asked why my engine number was different.
Been digging through old files at work from 2001. Looks like you aren't the only one.
