Engine removal Q

Default Engine removal Q

Can someone tell me if the entire engine/tranny assembly be removed and installad with header and induction manifolds in place? (search is down again ) Thanks-

the only way to remove the motor and tranny together is to drop the motor out with the subframe from the bottom. there is not enough room to pull the engine and tranny out from the top (unless you pull the head first...)

the exhaust manifold comes off so easily it doesn't pay to keep it on. the intake manifold does not need to come off at all.

Nope, the exhaust comes out the bottom easily after you drop the front subframe. Do yourself a favor and take the tranny off of the engine.
