Default Engine Shake after oil change.

I'm not sure what oil the previous ass monkey was using.
all i could say is, the cheap skate didnt spend the money on up keep.
so i dont know what type of oil it was using before but i switched over to castrol full synthetic 10w30.

i've never had any issues with my 00 civic sir since i was the first owner and always used castrol full syn. My sir is still in top shape after 5 years and have never given me any problem even though i redline the crap out of it.

would this engine shake go away or should i start using normal oil?

If your engine wasn't shaking before you changed your oil, well then...maybe you should run what the "ass clown" that owned the car before you used

The assclown that ran his engine for 6 years before you bought it.

as stated above, if the engine shake appeared AFTER you changed the oil, then, wha???

also, full synthetic doesn't mean it's the bestest oil you can get. honestly, a good conventional oil can protect just as well, with the exception of a shorter drain interval....

I also had my valves adjusted few hours before.
could that also cause the problem?

If they weren't adjusted properly, then yes.

You're probably on to something there. No matter what the previous ass monkey did.

The engine isn't going to shake any more or less just from changing between dino and synthetic.

was the work performed by you or a shop? people love joyrides. Joyriding aside, possible bad valve adjustment resulting in very bad things. Perhaps there isn't full spark for whatever reason, coilpack, etc. hope shes back soon
