i have a MY 00 and for the first week it was fine but after i added the comptech intake it started vibrating the car under accelleration. between 2 and aabout 5k it makes the hood and the upper windshield area vibrate to all hell.

 

I too have the shuddering under acceleration. I will look into it soon and see if it is the CV joints.
