Default Engine Sound

Hello,

I'm quite new to the S2000 and im a little bit worried.
I watched many videos but im not totally sure if this is the normal engine sound of an S2000, especially around 0:26.
The engine has 30k miles on it, last time valves where checked was 7000 miles ago from the preowner. Oil is at max and i'm running
5W40. I was told it makes a little bit more valve noise compared to a 10W30. TCT never changed or cleaned so far.

I hope you can help and thx for your time.

(sry for the poor audio)

Can't say it sounds off. Has the Check Engine Light (CEL) come on? Even if the valves were adjusted, they might still be in need of another adjustment as the person who did it could have accidently made the tolerances too close. Noticing any issues with power delivery or idle?

Thx for your fast reply,

No CEL came on as long as i had the car (3 months). No rpm drop or weird things at idle, power delivery feels normal.
Sometimes there is a little "lag" with the throttle when wheater is hot (The aftermarkt intake propably won't make it better) but not always.
Maybe you right, i should give it another check, the chatter vibrations at 0:26 make me worry

In your vid, is the engine cold or fully warmed up?

The engine should be fully warmed up it was after a drive of 15-20 min.
When its cold it makes a lot more valvetrain noise but i was told this is normal when cold.

Aktually similar to this

I'm an idiot i forgot i made a vid that day when i startet it up.

This would be my cold engine. (sry i forgot the light... )
Around 0:11 the camera moves at same spot as 0:26 in my previous vid but no "ticking vibrations" noticable.

Little update on that,

I gave it a closer look today and it looks like that "vibration" sound is located near the injectors. Also only when warm. I already know they make a little bit more noise as in common cars but i never heard of that vibrations. Checked for a loose bolt or something but haven't found one.
Does anyone had a similar problem?

This is what i would call normal
