I'm not aware of any possibility for a S2000 to pass a mandatory emissions test without a catalytic converter.

I’ve done new plugs, coils, injectors less than a year ago and I’m just at a lost.

also idk what this points to but while it was idling at start up I noticed after I would bump the driver side fuse box the car would start cutting out and bog what does this meannnn
Have you tried whacking your MAP or a replacement to rule that out? Stalling when coming up to a stop could point to a clogged IACV. Those can be cleaned out and will be good to go but in rare cases can malfunction permanently. The fuse box thing is a concern...investigation needed.

P.S. That Tomei exhaust must be wild
Just exhaust mods won't necessitate a tune but you can get more out of them if you do so and you can ensure that the car isn't running too rich too often

Its very easy to do, as long as there is no visual inspection or gas analysis.. A typical "plug in" emissions test like the one they do in a bunch of states is easy to fool.

OP...is there a check engine light on?

Absolutely love my Tomei!

I think I figured my problem at least temporarily,

I ended up taking my intake off and doin a partial clean on the throttle body, as well as doing a little Map clean and it’s running a lot better. Although I never really figured out why it was doing that when I bumped the fuse box very weird

No cel ever popped up, and yes this car is registered, like you said it’s pretty easy to pass emissions as long as there’s no big visual inspection under the car lol

That was a good move. Based on the location of the MAP sensor that area, if dirty could mess with it's readings. Never hurts to go the extra mile and clean things out. Still weird about the fuse box.
