Was the battery disconnected from the car previous to these drives?

Don't take it to a dealer. They don't know these cars as well as you do and won't know what to do.

I second both comments. That filter might appear a bit dirty, but its actually filtering better than a new one and I guarantee its not impeding air flow or engine hp in any way. Our filters are overbuilt on flow.

To make engine stall filter would have to be dirty to point of not even seeing filter anymore, just a blob of dirt.

Dealers don't know these cars. They also often seem to not know basic troubleshooting that would apply to any car. Then they grossly overcharge. Worse, they often damage things significantly.
