Default Engine tapping

Hello everyone! I'm new to this forum and just got my first S2000, I bought it for cheap with engine noise. So far I've checked the rod bearings, they were worn but not bad. Also, the previous owner install an inline pro TCT. I quickly looked over the valve train but didn't adjust any of them. The tapping seems to keep in time with rpms and doesn't go away once the engine is warm. It sounds like it's from the top side around cylinder 1. Any insight on what the noise may be? Thanks!

As Billman would say if he saw this, take another video, outside, with the car running, hood closed, about 6 feet in front of the car. That eliminates a lot of the extra noises under the hood that the camera is picking up and will make it easier to hear abnormal noises from the car.
