Default EPS not Working - Help

Hi guys, I recently replaced the water pump housing and engine wiring harness on my K24 swapped AP1, and upon starting the car, the EPS light came on. I didn't think much of it at first, but it is on persistently and the helms reset procedure doesn't work and instead keeps throwing DTC codes. I currently have no power steering. The DTC Codes that I am getting are 14 (torque sensor resistance), 22 (Vehicle Speed signal), 23 (Engine speed signal), and 34 (EPS control unit internal circuit).

It was working fine before I did the work. I know that pin 26 on the S200 32p A ecm connector is related to the EPS, however, the wiring harness that I had on before didn't connect this pin to anything and neither does the Rywire wiring harness that I swapped in. Based on the the diagnosis and fix procedures in the helms, it is pointing to a short between either the torque sensor and EPS control unit or the EPS control unit and ground. I looked at the wiring and it looks fine. I am stuck here. I checked the charging system and the battery seems to have a lot of juice.

Does anyone have any insights?

ECM is from an RSX
