Default EPS stopped working

Hi,
I am running an S2000 with a custom engine swap. I have the speedo working but no EPS and the EPS light is on.

What I have done to get the speedo to work is wired from my swap engine directly into the back of the cluster C-3 (VSS IN) and cut the old wire out.

Also I am not sure if the EPS needs the tacho but I have done the same with this and it works, ran a wire straight in to C-5 (Tacho in) ad cut the old wire out.

The car is a 2000 AP1.

Do I need to put any signal to the S2000 ECU or does a signal come from the back of the speedo cluster? Also if it does which wire does it come out on?

Thanks

The VSS connects to the ECU, the ECU connects to the speedo, and the speedo connectors to the EPS.

So how does the speedo connect to the eps? Do you know the pin out as I can't see any vss-out pins.

Thanks.
