exedy hyper and the TO bearing

Anyone know how to take the TO bearing out of the pressure plate . it seems like it is pressed onto the fingers of the pressure plate.

I think you have to unbolt the pp from the flywheel.

That is a pull type setup if Im not mistaken.

The t/o bearing is inside the diaphragm spring.
