Default Exhaust installation help

Hi,
I am going to be installing a Berk HFC and a Greddy Spectum Elite. I was wondering two things.
1. Am I going to get a CEL and do I need an O2 spacer to prevent that?
2. Do I reuse the Honda gasket on the engine side when I put the new cat on? They only sent the 3 hole one that connects to the cat back section? A new gasket is about $20 from Honda.
Thanks in advance!!

1. The berk HFC should have the cel fix built in. If not they yes you will want the spacer.
2. Your talking about the header O-ring gasket right? Just use the one that is on there.
