Hello guys I need a little help. My car been parked all day so earlier I started it up and let it warmed up after it was warmed up my car started smelling burnt so I turn it off poped my hood and check my water pump and everyThing was okay then I turn it back on then notice that both my fans wasn’t turn on anymore . Anybody know what’s wrong

Do both fans run?

Just tried it again and nope both fans will not turn on . and just started my car out of Curiosity and my car was making a vacuum like noise
