Default a/f ratio gauge and 2006 s2000

I'm a little surprised by this, but after searching, I can't seem to find any install tips for an a/f ratio gauge in a 06 s2000. I need to find the ecu signal wire, but there's 4 connectors plugging into the ecu instead of 3 that are shown in the 00-03 service manual, so I don't think it's #16 on the C connector. I guess Honda added a connector to accomodate DBW and VSA. Can anyone help me out?

does the s2k come with a wideband o2 stock? I doubt it, then you would need to add one. Otherwise, installing just an a/f gauge is a nice light show.

it's got a narrowband only, but knowing a/f at WOT is useful enough for me.

Sure, then go ahead and hook it up. However it wont supply you with any accurate or usable information. But it will look cool at night. My suggestion is that you sell this and buy a real wideband sensor/controller/and display.

I did post in the FI forum, but i thought i'd get luckier here. what i'll probably end up doing is checking the wire colors and pinouts at the o2 sensor itself to see if they match up with what's in the 00-03 service manual. if they match, then I'll know I still have to find the white wire on the ecm connectors. if they don't match, then i guess i'm screwed.

narrow band 02 gauge is not going to give you the correct a/f ratio. anything slightly below 14.7 is going to show up rich. so 14:1 is going to show up rich but that is not the case at all for a force induction engine. you can get a used wideband for less than $200.

Good info, but it looks like I don't have a choice anyway. I just looked at the wire coloring at the o2 sensor itself, and they don't match the 00-03 serivce manual either. Since I don't feel like measuring voltages, i'll have to go another route.

get a wideband unit, tap a 2nd o2 bung and run it as a standalone...that way you dont have to mess with your stock wiring.
