Default F20 into AE86 - couple questions

Hi people! I'm in the middle of a F20C conversion into my AE86.
Here's a pic if you want

However I have a couple questions...

Since I'm using the original AE tank, can I just T-joint the fuel purge tube into the return hose that goes from the fuel pressure regualator and to the tank?
I have no purge tank / system.

I also have 2 vacuum hoses on the front of the engine that are just cut, and I have no idea what they are supposed to go to.
What are they for and can I just loop them?

Any help appreciated

The two vacuum hoses go to the secondary air injection system. Purely emissions related. Are yoy going to use a f20 ecu? If so you'll have check engine light. Won't effect performance though. Check into izzy's delete kit if it bothers you.

Ok thanks for the answers.

I have another question about the conversion.

I have a JDM engine with JDM ECU, does the fuel pump pin from the ECU give 12v, 5v or does is ground the circuit?
