Its not hard getting to the crank angle sensor. It is on the side of the timing chain cover. All you have to do it get the airbbox out of the way, belt out of the way, the water pump cover thing off(just the wheel with the holes in it), and the 3 bolts that hold the hard water neck on the front of the motor. After that a 10mm bolt that holds the sensor on and just play around with the connector to get it out. Not impossibable by any means!

Ok, i did a compression check on the motor. It has 150 across all 4. The motor has new rings, bearings, gaskets, etc. So i am figuring since the rings havent sealed yet, then thats why compression is lower at the moment???

It appears your main sprocket could go a little more clockwise.

This would turn the exhaust cam a little counter-clockwise.

At that point, from your pic, it looks as if the exhaust cam is 1 tooth off.

Do you align the cams with the TCT on or off? If i take it off i can get the main sprocket to line up right. But when i put the tct on then the main one is always off. i tried moving it forward a link and backwad a link, but it is always off when i set the crank mark to the white one.

The cams are installed after the timing chain is installed, and tensioner is deployed.

Did you install a OEM headgasket or a thicker one?
