Default fixing the lights

ok the front of my car was rear ended in my parking lot and the light got jammed back into the body and one of them even broke off the brackets that hold it on.

here is a picture so you know what im talking about

the lights are even pusher back on my mud flap for the tires and they were grinding or a little until i pulled it out some. how would i go about fixing this though. should i take the light off then try hammering the medal where the brackers were back up some to where i think it should be?
also hard is it to take out the light.. id like to know how to do it without damaging the unit.
