I've noticed this too... Sometimes when I get into the car, it just feels like it's ready to go. Other times it feels like the power is coming on a little flatter. What's strange is that it seems to be faster when it's warm out, rather than cold.

I had the same problem when I swaped over to a spoon ECU, turned out to be a slightly lose battery terminal!!
