ill be running almost the same as Darcy up there.
Amsoil SSO 5w30
Amsoil Syncromesh MTF trans
Amsoil 75w110 for diff
Honda Coolant Type 2 blue.
Motul RBF600 for brake and clutch - i will be switch it to ATE super gold for next season.
also my car will see less than 3000 miles a year if that. its only an autocross car now. so like Darcy said, buy the best for what your budget can get but also tailor it to the main usage of the car. Also does your car burn any oil? is it just a street car and will not see any racing? i would recommend Amsoil XL for longer OCI ( oil change intervals ) *if* your car is not burning oil and is healthy.
