Default Flywheel orientation

I have been a bit of a div and taken my flywheel off without taking a photo. It has balancing holes drilled into the back so I'm assuming it's balanced with the crankshaft. It has yellow marked teeth is it a safe bet that that is TDC?

The flywheel is an individually balanced part. It can go in any position on the crankshaft.

I know this maybe kinda late to ask, but you did replace the flywheel washer back onto the flywheel? Number 6, in diagram.
