Found oil in sparkplug well when checking plugs.

If it's cylinder #4, it's very close to the oil filler hole..any chance it was from a small oil spill when adding oil?

This is a very common problem with the G35 VQ35DE engine. Unfortunately, you have to replace the entire Valve cover just to fix the spark plug tube seal leak. The seals fail early and often, so replacing the valve covers starts getting expensive!
