About three days after I bought my S my master cylinder gave out on me. Your situation sounds exactly like what happened to my S. Be careful where you take your car because at a certain point mine wouldnt even engage the clutch and for a while I thought I would have to tow it home. I bought my car at a Auto Nation dealer and since they sell all their cars with a three month warranty I got it fixed for free including the tow from my home. Just make sure they adjust the cables correctly after doing the work. They didnt do it to mine and since they didint know why my pedal was still engaging so low they told me It needed a brand new clutch

most likely your clutch fluid is low.....possibly could be a leak in one of your cylinders.
