Front brake pads stuck to rotor
I washed the car about a week ago and pulled it in the garage shortly after. (I've done this at least 50 times) This usually happens to the rear and always breaks loose with little force.
I hop in the car yesterday to go for a ride, the fronts were stuck and would not break loose. After trying everything I could think of, I ended up having to remove the wheel and breaking the pads off.

I already have a set of brake pads, so my question is what's next?
Do I need to replace the rotors or scrape the remaining pad off and have them turned?
What do I need to check on the caliper? Surely somethings wrong here for it to stick like this?
Anybody else ever have this problem?

I've seen it before on cars that sit outside for a long period of time, the pads rusted to the rotor.
I'd put it back together and drive it to see if you can get the old pad material off the rotors without having to resurface them.

The rotor surfaces away from the pad residue look real rusty like the car doesn't get much use. Perhaps rust builds up enough to bridge from rotor to pads when residual water gets between them. Since the rotors are off, I'd recommend take them in and get them resurfaced (or replaced if thinner then spec). I'd also replace the pads with OEM (more adaptive to a wider range of ambient conditions then aftermarket performance pads), and drive it around a bit after you wash it.
Thanks for the replies.
The car doesn't get much use, maybe 100 miles a month. The pads are OEM with 67K on them, and I already have a set of OEM replacements in my room.
I'm gonna scrape off what I can and put the old pads back on the see if it cleans the rotors. Then I'll go from there.
I'll come back and give an update after I try it.
