Default Fuel Gauge Dim

2006 S2K 59,000 miles
I bought the car with only 28,000 miles on it and since day one have run the gauge cluster on the dimmest setting with the idea that this would lengthen the life...
anyway the fuel gauge is noticeably dimmer than the rest of the cluster and I'm not really a wiring/soldering/electrical kind of guy.
I also don't want to pay hundreds at the dealer for them to change a bulb...ANY IDEAS???

I see. How complicated is this to DIY? Have you had to do this?

ok so i'm gonna dive right in today, unfortunately i don't know the part numbers for the bulbs (i'm just gonna replace them all) and the S2K is my only available car right now. That means I have to tear it down check the bulbs, put it back together drive to parts shops hoping they have the bulbs and then drive home just to have to tear it down and put it back together again. I've been looking for the parts numbers online with no luck...CAN ANYBODY HELP???
