Hi,
I am currently trying to fit a f20c into a bmw 2002. I am struggling to get the fuel pump to work. i have put some wires from the battery across the pump and the pump works. I cannot hear the fuel pump relay click so i think this may have packed up.

I have measured the voltages on each relay terminal and i was wondering what everyones thoughts are.

With ignition off:
white green 4.3v
black 3.87v
yellow black 0v
green black 4.3v
blue orange 12v
yellow green 0v
green yellow 12v

with ignition on:
white green 12v
black 12v
yellow black 0v
green black 12v
blue orange 12v
yellow green 0v
green yellow 12v

What are peoples thoughts. I'm a bit puzzled by the 4.3v as i thought this would be straight supply voltages from the battery.

Also does anyone have a copy of the electronic schematic for the above s2000 as i currently have the LHD 2006-2007 version and it is completely different to all the wires i have :/
Thanks for the help,
cheers,
Aaron

So I'm in the same boat here. Everything was fine on Friday and over the weekend I put a new head gasket on. I did disconnect the batteries for the entire weekend. Ow trying to star it up I get no fuel pump prime. I do have power at the fuel pump fuse and I do have power going into the fuel pump relay but no power coming out going to the pump. I replaced the relay (PGM-FI) and still no luck. I'm pretty perplexed here. The car is on an AEM EMS V2. Any and all suggestions are welcome!!!

Figured it out!!!!after reading another thread Billman explained the the ground for the PGM-FI (fuel pump relay) is the ground strap on the back of the head. As soon as I read it I remembered that I never hooked it back up. Went and did it and viola....fired right up. THANKS BILLMAN!!!
