Full blown replacement cap

What's the best replacement 1.1 cap for a full blown radiator ?

I would think anything spec'd for the car will work. I have a Mugen 1.3 on my car.

Well I have the Hondata intake manifold gasket and heard stick to 1.1 or stock pressure cap

Maybe. I have had the Hondata gasket and 1.3 cap on my car for many years without issue.

Hmmm. I found two oe style caps that fit. One is oe 13 psi with max pressure of 16 psi and the other is oe 16 psi with max pressure of 18 psi
