Default Gas

I just put in regular gas by mistake, is there any reason for concern or can I just drive it down till my next fill up.

Its fine to drive just dont get on it......You wont have enough octane to support the VTEC

Adding a high quality (not "alcohol", methanol, ethanol or MTBE based) octane booster (read the label carefully) will help solve your problem. Gently burn down a gallon or two, add the octane booster and top off the tank with the highest octane available (this helps mix the booster more evenly).
Don't drive your car much above half throttle, stay out of VTEC, and don't lug your car around. Any high load situation may cause detonation.
Fill up again within a quarter tank (with the good stuff), and repeat. This will quickly get your octane number where it needs to be.

For future reference, please be more descriptive in your post title.
