Whenever I fill up, once it clicks. I pull the pump out, and manually (slowly) pump gas until there is no room left. Could this be bad if it is done for a prolonged amount of time?

theres nothing wrong with ur s2k.

its the pump. dont use that pump.

 

but make sure u insert it all the way in. because if u have it half way depending on the pressure the pump uses when the thing is told to stop it might have stoped to high because it wasn't inserted all the way

the s2k does have a small tube to the gas tank. no real room for much error so be carefull. i could usually get 3/4 a gallon after the click on my prelude. not the s2k.

 

you guys must feel salty as heel when trying to 'squeeze in' more gas and BAM, fuel all over the side of ur ride. then driving down the road, other cars can see the spillage out the gas door. a lot like toilet paper stuck to your shoes...hahahaha. stop trying to top off.
