Default Gauge Cluster Warnings

I have a question:
I just finished rewiring my ecu harness. It was cut and the ecu was stolen a few months back. When I turn the key in the ignition, the warning lights light up, including the brake light, the oil light, the battery light, not to mention the immobilizer light (the green flashing key).
I have the brake code to reset the immobilizer, however it doesn't seem to work. My thoughts are that because the brake light, etc, won't turn off, the immobilizer won't turn off either.
Does anyone have any idea?

Serious responses only, please. Help is greatly appreciated. I live in Cupertino, CA if anyone is free to stop by, also.

Thank you.

only the dealer can reprogram the immobilizer.

fyi: the car is running great. the immobilizer CAN be temporariliy disabled. S2ks as well as other honda cars have a brake code, specific for the yr and vin #. You can talk to your local dealer and they will give you the code. you do not need the tablet diagnostic pc to get your car running. you can use the brake code (a series of raising and lowering the e-brake coupled with turning the ignition on and off). After getting it running you can drive it to the dealer to have the immobilizer re-programmed.
At any rate, that's all for now. i will post the pictures of project soon enough.
