Default Question about maintenance required light, not cel

Car is a 2003 AP1, I searched but everything was for cel, not the maintenance required light, sorry if it was right in front of my face and I missed it. Anyways, I figured its one of those lights that gets reset after oil changes that comes on to remind you to bring it in, am I right? How do I reset it? I'm tired of it being on and I change my own oil. I've tried resetting it by unplugging the battery but no use. I know on some cars these lights are reset on the ecu itself. Some quick advice would be appreciated, thanks guys. Btw, it is throwing no codes.

* - Put the key in the ignition and in the "OFF/LOCKED" Position.
* - Hold the Trip/Reset Button on the right bottom corner of your gauge cluster (see pic)
* - Now - Turn key to the "ON" Position while continuing to hold the Trip/Reset Button till the light goes off.
* ***If the light is still at the "blinking" stage and not yet solid - continue to Hold the button for around 25-30 seconds just to make sure it resets. ***
