Any gauge you purchase comes with the sensors, and usually enough wiring to complete the job. If you plan on mounting your gauges on your radio door, your best bet is to go to Rick's website and get everything.

If you plan on mounting them on your A-pillar (doubtful since you're installing more than two gauges) you can pick up the gauges separately and get the A-pillar gauge pod from ScienceOfSpeed.

Either way, you may need to pick up some miscellaneous stuff like hydraulic fittings, heat srink, female connectors, and wire loom wrap.
