Getting to the Bottom of the Startup Noise

That specific noise is not the TCT i replaced mine thinking that might be the problem and i still get that same noise. It has something to do with the gear inside of the motor. I am trying to figure this specific sound out once and for all. If anyone has fixed this problem please chime in and tell us what the problem is
