Getting a smaller Drive Belt?
I want to get a shorter belt that doesnt spin the Air Conditioning too. Yes i really don't want it. I've heard that this improves performance somewhat and you can actually feel the difference. If anyone knows anything about this please help me out because i honestly don't know a damn thing about it.

haven't looked under the hood to see how possible it would be. with a serpentine belt on mustangs, you could bypass the A/C and the smog pump, remove them both for weight savings. with this car, the A/C doesn't pull *that* much when its on. when its off, I doubt the pully which is freewheeling at that moment, is doing anything at all to rob any horsepower. maybe in a full out racing application, you would remove the A/C completely.
IF you were to go about this process, and if it were possible (again, I haven't looked to see), you'd take a piece of string and wrap it around where the pulleys go and then measure the string itself.

Spoon do a belt specifically for this. I doubt that this will improve performance much - isn't this normally only done on race spec cars that are saving every last gram of weight as well?

The AC cuts out under full throttle anyway. Virtually all cars do this now. I doubt you'll be able to tell any difference.
BTW, you'll also lose defroster capability and it is almost a certainty that the AC will be ruined by the time you reconnect it. These things need to run for a minute or so weekly (or at least monthly) to lubricate the seals.
