Does anyone know the correct length specs for S2000 serpentine drive belt without the A/C compressor? Know a good source?

Well, I don't know the specifications of the belt w/ the air conditioning or w/o. I do have a suggestion though. Find out how many milimeters the stock belt is. You could refer to a Helm manual or I'm sure the parts department would know. Next, remove the stock belt and route it over the pulleys minus the a/c compressor pulley. Gather up the slack so that it forms a loop. Measure one side of the loop and multiply that by two. Subtract however many milimiters that is from the size of the stock belt and that should get you a pretty good figure to work w/. Just buy a few belts that are little above and a little below that figure and hopefully one of them will be just right.

As far as finding these perfectly sized belts, I'd just start w/ the local autoparts stores. Of course, here in the U.S.A. everyone dislikes the efficient metric system so you may have to covert your figure to inches. I hope that gives you some ideas or at least a place to start.

This measuring job is easy to do with a tailor's measuring tape (check the sewing section anywhere that has one). All belts have both a stock number and (what I call) a universal number (usually smaller number on box.) this number reflects the length in inches (I think by the last two numbers but don't quote me). You can also take your tape and measure them.

Thanks for the suggestions. I've done this before with supercharger installations, etc. Was hoping to save the two or three trips back to the parts store that always seems to occur when I measure this way. I thought maybe somebody had already done this or knew what Honda uses in Japan without the A/C, or on race cars. The Honda dealers only list the A/C version in their parts breakdown.

OK, in case anybody else wants to know, the correct belt w/o the AC compressor is 6 rib x 45 inches. And I now have a nice, almost new (less than 1000 miles) AC compressor and hoses for sale.
