Default GM Synchromesh FM Question

I've decided to switch my tranny fluid to GM synchromesh FM. I did the "search" and found the part number to be 10-4014 "8890399". I called a Cadillac dealer and they told me that their GM Synchromesh FM has a different part number of "12377916".

Would this be okay to put into my S2K? Also, this may be a dumb question but how many bottles do I need?

Thank you.

Part 10-4005
88900332 General use MTF

Part 10-4014
88900399 Syncromesh FM (for NV1500 trannies)

Interesting, that one of the best tranny fluids for our little cars was designed for a truck.
