GMSMFM (UPDATED)
UPDATE: Changed over to honda MTF and it did diddly squat.
Up next is a clutch fluid change. Maybe the Motul RBF 600 is a bad fluid for the clutch. If that does nothing I will change the slave cylinder.
If that does nothing then its new clutch and trans inspection time.

Thanks for the update but the metal scraping noise suggests some mechanical failure (excluding hydraulic problem). I know it's easier and cheaper to rule out the problem by working on the hydraulics first, but I think you'll have to pull the tranny in the end.
BTW, what did the GMSMFM look like when you drained it?

The scraping sound is possibly the f.d. slightly scraping on the flywheel. So if the slave is not holding 100% pressure it could be causing the clutch to drag a bit. Now after a session on the track it could have killed the seals even more?
Remember I did have the dragging clutch issue before hand.

Are you sure you havent fried the clutch? Factory or aftermarket if the springs in the disk get loose it will cause chattering, if the friction material is glazed it will slip even if it is making full contact. I dont own an s2k but i do see a lot of them as a dealer mechanic. changes in fluid tend to cause problems since honda mtf uses special additives to improve shift quality and quiet operation. it says it right on the bottle. I'm slightly curious however as to why consumers are using a product that isnt designed for the car they own. Honda didnt spend millions of dollars in r&d to be second guessed by a couple of quarts of gm synchro mesh. I"m not trying to bash at all. Just offer my two cents.

The next time you see an S2000 in your shop with trans problems, the first thing you should ask is what fluid is used. Here's a question for you soulpwr, using this GM fluid would your dealership honor warranty if there are trans issues?? I would think no.
PS. I work for Honda too
I bought Honda oil when they had good deal, such as buy 5 quarts at regular price get a PCX filter free, for a total of $11 + sale tax !!!
I like GM SMFM better than LE607, I tried both and with GM SMFM I never have problem with first gear pop out, which I had with LE607 several times a week.
