here you go https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/354...1#entry8053643 takes about 3-4 tries when your slave cylinder is completely filled with air. i did more just in case since it was fairly easy

Never EVER adjust the clutch linkage to try and fix an air-bound system.
Clutch adj will help give you a touch more disengagement and help with second gear grinds. but it is "non adjustable". I put this in quotes because no adjustment will fix the two issues you are trying to fix:
1 pedal grabs high=worn clutch disc
2 pedal grabs low and "feels" like it has lots of freeplay=air in the system

I empty out my clutch master cylinder, clean it, refill it. Then I open the bleeder on the slave cylinder while keeping an eye on the master. When I'm done and close everything back up I always have to pump my clutch ~20 times to get pressure back in the pedal. Everything is all fine and dandy after that, but what causes that?
I've also got just a tiny bit of play at the top of the clutch pedal, is there any way to perfect that?

The best results I ever had came from sucking all of the old fluid out, adding new fluid, and pumping the clutch pedal about twenty times. I repeated that process three or four times and my clutch has never felt better.
