So I think my 3rd gear syncro is out. It is impossible to shift into 3rd at high RPM (7.5-9k). This caused another misshift which locked me out of 6th gear, but it was even worse than last time. It took 2x more force to get it in/out of 6th. Then while stopped I tried to just feel it out, put it in 6th and it got completely stuck. Full force on the shifter and it would not budge. The only way I got it out was by reving a bit and letting the clutch out while pushing as hard as I could.

So is my transmission just f@#ked?

This transmission doesn't like "quick shifts" (I know, everyone's definition of quick varies). It needs just a bit of time for the synchros to do their job.
