Hi Everyone,

I've been getting sort of a growling noise when i cruise around 4000rpm it isnt terribly loud.. but then again I might not hear it all the time due to a loud exhaust (exhaust is quietest around 3500-4200rpm... It isnt all the time either. Sort of on and off. I have 4.77gears on a AP2 diff. Could it be the diff? maybe the drive shafts?

It drives smooth. no problems other then the noise.

Any input would be greatly appreaciated.

if it is the diff...i suppose you won't know for sure unless it gets worse or just blows up.

I dont know... it bugs me that it doesnt sound all quite right....

while driving to korean bbq today, i noticed a growl at 3-4k rpm...

for me, it is the clutch buzz. goes away on acceleration.
