Try the multimeter test. 10-12 volts measured from the battery when car is off. 13-15 volts measured from the battery when car is started. Whichever is off is the problem. Usually this solves it.

Don't change parts. Put a meter on it while it's running and see if it's charging.

12.6 volts means you're not charging. 13+ you're good.

Take a look at your main fuses as well.

Whatever you do, DON'T do this.

This Full fields the alternator, with a battery in the circuit to act as a voltage stabilizer. Not a good idea.

try replacing your alternator rectifier...i just did my tonight. Its not bad and the part is only 190-220 depending on where you get it. Pretty simple, remove alternator and unbolt the screw on the back of the alternator. The rectifier is the 2nd thing that comes out.

will see if it fixes the problem tomorrow when I drive the car but i'm sure it will fix it.

better than spending 1k on replacing the alternator.

Yeah I assume it has something to do with the alternator/regulator or ELD in the fuse box. I checked the charging volts and its about 14.3 without load and 13.7 with the fan on high and a/c on so traditionally its okay. I did cca test the battery which failed with a bad cell, so I ran to honda and replaced it which left me with nothing changed except a new battery lol. Oh well, i'll just wait and see what comes, it only flickers with the fan on high and/or ac on anyway.
