If I'm not mistaken isn't caster how far forward or backwards the wheel is in the wheel well. If I'm right then having the different caster angels on either side could be causing some major handling issues.

And by looking at the print out your caster on both side is out of specified range. Same with your cross caster on the front. I'm definently not an alinement expert so I may very we'll be wrong about all that.

 

yes his caster is way off. the alignment place probably left it there after getting the camber to match up. they should have set the caster first then do the camber. i would also do 1/16 total toe in the rear.

 

also as a side note to why your caster wasnt adjust, im sure its seized to the bushing. common s2k problem. the tech probably tried to move it and couldnt so he just fixed the camber.

Caster isn't how far fwd or back the wheels are, its angle of kingpin, angle of upper balljoint to lower ball joint. Its like the angle of forks on a bicycle or mc (or more accurately steering head). Not adjustable on bikes of course. It what makes your wheel return to center.

My caster isn't different than before, so not likely my issue. Also, if subframe moved it would have happened in the accident. But car handled fine after accident. It wasn't till it came back from shop that handling was different. So while I will check subframe alignment,I don't think that is my issue either.

 

there is no unfreezing it. if its seized its seized and only way to change it is to cut out the old arms and then replace it. i didnt specify that the caster was the issue i just pointed it out cause after alignment they have not been changed. maybe something you might want to address while youre at it. sorry thats just how i am.
