Default hard braking/swaying

I drove my friends, s2000 today to try and figure out what was wrong with his car. I took it up to about 80-85, and the I hit the brake hard, and the whole front end of the car started swaying back and forth (that shit was scary stupid). I told him that it might be his rotors, or his tire/wheel combo (they are rota rims) Anyone know about this problem in our cars?

p.s. the car is an 01' with 60k on it.

Google: lcabs are rear lower trailing arm bushings.
Check easy things first: tire pressure > must be close L/R and F/R and check it when the tires are cold.
What wheels, tire size F/R?

Thanks, I will check the little things asap. I did not have much time with his car, but I will get more today. As for the wheels, I believe that they are 17in. and for the tires they are 45 series. I will double check asap.
