I bought a used hardtop for my 2001 and the strikers, when placing the hardtop the passenger side lines up great however the drivers side does not seat, can the strikers be adjusted i did not install them to know??? What i was thinking was to loosen them up lay the top line up the front header area then tighten up the strikers, does anyone know if there is play in the strikers.

 

You adjust the top by removing the panels on each side, they loosening the bolts (6 total I think?) and checking the gap etc
