oh, BTW... it's probably your o2 sensor. the fouler is not "fouling"

im suprised it didnt loose power! must have been conservative tuning... anyway 700hp skyline wont make more power if you just pull off the cat. you would need to tune it accordingly...

The factory CAT is extremely high flowing. This is one of those things that Honda did not cheapen out on when they put the car together. I had some flow numbers before comparing it with other top high flow CAT's in the market and it actually beat some by a lot.
