Thumbs up Having to force 1st, 2nd, & Reverse Gears? Help...

I don't exactly know what this could be, but I'm having these symptoms. When starting my car for the day, it's difficult to get into 1st, 2nd, & Rev Gears. The car also boggs a bit from a dead stop. I usually have to get the rpm's up to get it going without stalling it. Gears above 2nd are fine. I don't feel any slippage or anything. As far as I know the clutch isn't abnormally sloppy. So what gives? Where do I begin troubleshooting this problem. Is it my clutch? fluid? tranny? or syncros? I'm at a lost here, but would appriciate some insight from some of you pros on this board. Thanks in advance guys. BTW, I did the tranny fluid about 3 weeks ago to with AC Delco Syncromesh. I had this issue before that, but I thought it could only help to have fresh fluid in there...Details : MY00 and I don't believe I ever got the decel buzzing TSB ever done...

I think I figured it out... It's got a lot to do with a cold tranny & a map sensor that needed some whacking..BTW for those that have the same problems with the map sensor there's an updated part out that you can get to avoid having to whack the darn thing anymore.

Yes, Friction Modified...88900333 Synchromesh Transmission Fluid from hardtopguy.com. Great site, it even recommends the neccesary washers for the job. I get a lot of stuff from him. He's also got the updated map sensor kit & tie wrap for a lot less than the dealer.
