Are Headers worth the $????
installed the Toda header on an 04 and felt a difference compared to the 03 and older, and the car also has the HKS exhaust on it. It's a customer's car. Huge difference in the power band for the 04 but I didn't drive it stock so I don't know how it felt before I installed those parts. And it still has stock intake, for now until the part comes in.

As an interested outsider (I have no bolt ons), these dyno results are fascinating - one certainly can conclude that there is not much to be gained from any of these bolts ons, and the results could be overlayed by a particularly good running stocker. I'd be willing to bet that a good dyno-tune would yield more - too bad the Honda engine management system is so tuner unfriendly - my SVT Cobra came pig rich from the factory, and a safe leanout yielded gobs more power, on the order of 25 rwhp.
I will likely do a catback, but entirely for a sporting sound - not for weight reduction nor for a few ponies.
The CAI seems pretty useless to me, and I do not care for the poor filtering of the aftermarket gauze filters.
The Hondata gasket does not seem to do much, either, but then again, the dyno runs were with the hood up - it would be cool if someone had run two cars - one stock, one stock but with Hondata gasket - then do two pulls each, from just warmed to hot (heat soaked) to see how much effect the gasket has. Based on some rough air density computations I did, I would expect so see perhaps 5 HP diff with the Hondata, assuming an approximate 25 degF drop in the intake air temp.
When the warranty expires, I will go the Comptech SC route. Perhaps a stronger ring & pinion.
